Designing for sustainability impacts requires a comprehensive understanding of all packaging material types and how the packaging is used in the supply chain. Crescent's efforts are focused on traditional material reduction efforts as well as moreeco-friendly materials such as PLA and paper fillers.

Some of the biggest sustainability impacts have come from eliminating packaging in the supply chain with re-useable totes and layer pads. In addition, finding ways to put more on a truck with more efficient pallet fits have also resulted in huge savings for our customers.
