Web Based Project Management
(Tentative Debut: March 2006)

We’ve developed a new online tool focused on capturing standard elements of the display and packaging “bill of materials,” and putting associated, necessary project management data “at the ready,” for you to assimilate as needed.

This tool will give you quick “estimates” of relative costs for common display programs, like pallet displays, floorstands, PDQ’s, etc., as well as store live cost data from your supplier base, to help you quickly formulate budgets and initiate new programs.

Have you ever begun a new initiative, similar to a past one, and wished the prior pertinent data was available to be “called up” in a form you deemed necessary to make the best buying decision?

Our new tool does this for you…lifting previously hard to find or even available, but latent data out of an active info-managed system.

We’re still working on the name for this inventive system, but here’s a definition of what we know it will do:

You’ll become your own consultant! Imagine the fees you’ll save.

Relative or standardized costs for materials, overhead, labor, tooling and even margin, will be at your finger tips. All suppliers will vendor manage their costs in your system, making cost data real, and the system “self governing.”

Imagine the resource time gained by eliminating multiple vendor calls and meetings for development work and the “pricing dance.”

Many reporting options are available, including just a few clicks to assign specific costs within a program, to a specific customer marketing fund.

Our goal is to shorten the development cycle and expedite the process of working towards a final BOM and final, “fair value pricing.”

This tool also “self project manages” materials production, assembly, packaging, and distribution with a web visible “milestone driven” time management system.

Simplicity replaces unnecessary complexity.

A truer vision of your current purchases, with ready support of past buying data, helps you capture true (and fair) costs, quickly.

Re-invention of existing programs, re-keying of common data, multiple verbal communications of the same information among your company and your supplier base, and price haggling, will be minimized or eliminated, with this new web based management tool!

Lastly, our goal is to cut through the costly waste of misspent resource time (on profit plagues like redundancy), provide you with an “all encompassing” project management system, and help you get to market faster!

Roll out is tentatively scheduled for March 2006.
