Primary Co-Packing

Crescent offers many years of experience in primary co-packing operations. Crescent primarily offers dry solid fill capabilities for open product in many package configurations.  Primary filling is limited to one of our Midwest stand-alone operations, however depending on volume and client’s commitment level, Crescent can engineer, design, and install these systems at existing or embedded operations.

Crescent has the experience in all HACCP, GMPs and clean room applications to support primary filling operations.

Crescent’s capabilities and experience within some primary packaging formats are:

• Vertical form filling sealing (VFFS)
  • Fin sealed bags
  • Pre-formed standup pouches
• Volume-metric filling (VMF)
