These operations are managed on an integrated basis, usually as part of a strategic initiative allowing the client to control and manage the real estate separate from the operating business.

There are many options and methods to approaching these operations and they vary greatly depending on the client’s specific goals and objectives. The locations of these operations can also vary, from remote locations typically around plants to major metropolitan markets.
