Crescent implements SixSigma/Lean approach for Co-packing & Logistics.
Crescent achieved another quality milestone with the successful implementation of a Black Belt and Green Belt program for our Co-Packing and Logistics facilities. Brad Daubenmire, our Manager of Quality completed his Black Belt training in December, with Smarter Solutions. Brad joins Jason Gerwel as Crescent's second Black Belt. This investment leverages our experience with this technique for our Aerospace operations which continues to achieve substantial year-over-year cost reductions. Congratulations to Brad.
