Chris attended the University of Cincinnati in Business Administration. In 2003, Chris completed an intensive three-year advanced management degree program at Harvard Business School. Chris has been involved in the business for over 25 years and represents the fifth generation of Taylors to actively operate the business.

Tom Schwallie
Executive Vice President
Tom graduated from Miami University, Oxford, OH, with a degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. He completed a 26 week Senior Management Certificate Program offered through Xavier University. His background includes over 20 years experience in human resources, logistics, distribution, business development and quality improvement.

Dena Czeiszperger
Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development
Dena graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Personnel & Industrial Relations. She has a Master's degree from Xavier University in Human Resources Development. In 2000 she received her Professional Certification (PHR). She has over 17 years experience in human resources. Dena has been on the Board of Directors of Joy Outdoor Education since 2003. Joy is a not-for-profit organization that provides educational experiences for primarily economically disadvantaged youth.

David Combs
Chief Financial Officer
Dave graduated from Miami University , Oxford , OH , with a degree in Accounting and from the University of Dayton with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Dave has over 25 years of experience in costing, general accounting, financial systems, budgeting and financial analysis.

Brad graduated from Ottawa University with a degree in Communications and Labor Management. Brad is a career Logistician with over 20 years of experience supplying solutions in warehousing, logistics, transportation, and consumer packaging.
