Crescent assigns a Project Manager to each customer to facilitate the flow of information between the customer and the supplier. Our approach is to simply become an extension of our customers for this part of their business. We start with a basic process that is then refined to fit our customer’s processes and data input and output requirements. Our project managers receive extensive training in both Crescent’s and many times our customer SAP systems.

Crescent utilizes Coalesce as a technology enabler to dramatically streamline the effort between the CPG’s, Crescent and other external vendors. Coalesce is a web-based portal that allows a CPG’s entire vendor pool function more efficiently.
